Terms and conditions.

Please read these conditions carefully before using our services. By using Bewellness and Vivre Mieux services, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions.

Also the buyer; when buying the product has to click the box in accordance with our terms and conditions.  

These terms and conditions will prevail over any other document. They are applicable in France. By clicking the box; the buyer not only agrees with these Terms and Conditions, he also acknowledges having read, at the time of ordering, the special conditions that may apply to each product specifically.

The buyer accepts his responsibility for his purchase. In the event of international purchases, the buyer assumes the responsibility for any special legal requirement or limitation to the import of the product in his/her country. Being the buyer considered as importer, he must comply with all laws and regulations of the country where the products are received. For this information; buyer will check with local customs office for detailed information. The customer privacy is really important to us, but international buyers must be that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

1. Products.

The images of the products on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we make every effort to display the colours accurately; we cannot guarantee that the buyer’s computer display the colours accurately. Also our products may vary slightly from those images.

The packaging of the Products may vary from that shown on images on our site.

All promotions are subject to availability.


 2. Orders. 

The automatic registration systems are considered as proof of the nature, content and date of the order. Vivre Mieux will confirm by email the acceptance of the order. The email is provided by the buyer at the moment of the purchase. The sale will be concluded only after email confirmation from by Vivre Mieux.

Vivre Mieux reserves the right to refuse any order from a buyer with an open file for payments in previous orders. Vivre Mieux reserves the right to reject a customer purchase order if the product is temporarily out of stock. Vivre Mieux may also refuse the purchase in the event of payments arrears or problems with the payment authorization. Any incident will be communicated by email to the email address indicated by the customer. The customer is obliged to provide correct data during registration and to keep this data up to date at all times. As the personal information is indicated by the Buyer, Vivre Mieux will not be responsible for mistakes in provided delivery addresses.

Shipping fees are indicated in the Delivery page.


Our checkout process

Once you have started the checkout process, to finalize your order you need to follow the next five steps. Yoy may go from one step to the next one by using the “next” button:

  1. Summary: the summary page offers detailed information about your order, product details, how much is the product without taxes, how much are taxes and shipping costs. If you need to modify the quantity of products in your order; you may use the + and – buttons to add product or to delete them
  2. Login: every customer must have a registered account on Bewellness, register process is very easy and all data are protected. If the customer has an existing account, the login process is straightforward.
  3. Address: you may add a billing account, a delivery account and if needed any customer can send the products to a different account. All the information is easily updated on customers’ accounts.
  4. Shipping: this section offers information about the shipping costs and also a link to our terms and conditions. Accepting our Terms and Conditions is mandatory to complete the checkout process.
  5. Payment: this section offers the customer the possibility to choose the method to pay the order; either by Bank transfer or Paypal. Customer must be aware of the payment as condition to complete an order.


Modifying your shopping cart

Once the checkout process has started, you may move forward and back by using the “previous” and “next” buttons. It is also possible to come back to any of the steps in the checkout process by clicking on the boxed numbers above the shopping panel.


3. Products.

4. Delivery 

Delivery will be fulfilled by post or by carrier  within 5 working days after receipt the payment to the address specified by the customer. These timeframes are indicatives and subject to item availability or French working schedule. 

If the product is temporarily out of stock, Bewelleness will inform the customer in real time and offer him the possibility of cancelling the order or waiting until the item is available.

In case of absence, the Purchaser will recover the package on the terms proposed by the deliverer.

No claims can be made for possible delays.

A delay up to 30 days is accepted in purchases made through internet. Beyond this delay purchaser will be entitled to a total refund through the same method used to pay the product. Customer will be entitled to choose between refund or purchase bonus for the same value of the purchased product.

When buying technical goods; Customer will pay special attention to the instructions provided, and will verify the proper operation of the device. In case of defects, customer will be entitled to return the item in accordance with the terms of the article 8 of our Terms and Conditions.

Customer will inspect the parcel upon reception.

During delivery of the order, it is important to check that the package has not been damaged during transport. This must be done in the presence of the deliveryman;

If the packaging of your package and/or the item(s) is/are damaged, Buyer must enter the details of the damage on the Shipper’s Delivery Slip. The buyer will can also refuse the delivery. The Shipper’s Delivery Slip will be an important document in case of compensation requests (refunds, exchanges) to Vivre Mieux or the shipping company.

If the customer notices any damage after unpacking the package, he must contact Vivre Mieux within the 72 hours following to the reception of the parcel.

For availability reasons; Vivre Mieux may fulfil one single order through different deliveries. Buyer will pay just once for the delivery, no matters how many parcels Vivre Mieux send for the same order.

If the buyer would like to send parts of an order to different delivery addresses then he will need to place separate orders. It is necessary an order per address.

In the event of force majeure Vivre Mieux will be released of any obligation. We will consider force majeure: war, riots, fire, strikes, natural or non natural disasters, etc.

Kindly note that Bewellness makes shipments by courier to almost any European country thanks to free movement without borders and the possibility to make overland shipments (avoiding high air transportation costs).

We also sell goods and ship them over to: Morocco, New Caledonia, Tunisia, Turkey, Wallis and Futuna, French Guiana, French Polynesia, French Southern Territories and Mayotte

If your country does not belong to the European area or is not listed above; please contact us before placing the order to provide you with accurate shipping costs and possibilities. 


5. Prices. 

All the prices are expressed in Euros/British Pounds/US Dollars/Swiss Franc.

The prices of the Products will be as quoted on our site from time to time. We make every effort to ensure that the prices of Products are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. However if we discover an error in the price of Products you order we will inform you of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase the Product at the correct price or cancelling your order. We will not process your order until we have your instructions. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you in writing.

The published prices include VAT but exclude delivery costs.

The order confirmation includes the tax information and also the delivery charges (packing and postage).

Buyer will acknowledge all charges before completing the final order.


6. Payment.

Vivre Mieux will email the final invoice to the customer. The invoice will include final price including taxes and delivery.

Payment for the Products and all applicable delivery charges are in advance. The order will be dispatched once the payment is confirmed.

We accept payment by Bank wire or PayPal.

Payment by Bank wire:

When going through the payment process; if a customer selects bank wire as method to pay the order, he will found all the information just by clicking on the selected option.

The order can be printed from our website in the Validation page.

Full payment is due upon delivery; Vivre Mieux will retain the ownership of any sold product until full payment is due. In the event of any default in the full payment, Vivre Mieux reserves the right to claim the paid portion as action for damage.

Any payment must be confirmed for our data centre therefore the order will be considered effective once the data centre confirm the payment due.

In the event of rejected payment or not payment, the order will be cancelled.

Email notification will be sent to the customer.

As stated in our article 3, Vivre Mieux / BeWellness reserves the right to refuse any order from a buyer with an open file for payments in previous orders.


7. Warranty

Our warrants cover faulty of damaged products. The customer will contact our customer services department via “contact form”.

Our customers are protected against hidden faults or defects (Civil Code- art 1625 and following articles).

Some of the Products we sell come with a manufacturer's guarantee. For details of the applicable terms and conditions, please refer to the manufacturer's guarantee provided with the Products.  It is important that the customer keeps any guarantee.

If a manufacturer's guarantee applies, this will be in addition to any legal rights you may have in relation to the Products. 

These warranties are exclusive of all other guarantees, notably guarantees of result relating to the satisfaction of the customer’s specific needs.

Vivre Mieux will legally repair any consequences (Civil Code – art 1641 and following articles) resulting from a hidden defect. If the customer decides to sue Vivre Mieux; this has to be made “promptly” after the discovery of the hidden defect (art 1648 – Civil Code). Customer may need to provide all the requested proofs of the hidden defect.


8. Returns and Cancellations


We want all our customers to fall in love with their chosen items. However, if you're unhappy with your purchase, please let us know as soon as possible and return within 30 days of purchase.

All returned items must be unused and in their original condition with everything included. Yoga mats, props and all equipment must be in their original cellophane and/or branded wrapper for returns to be accepted. If any products have been removed from their wrapper, we are unable to accept a return.
Please contact us if you are unsure about our returns process.

The postage and handling of your return is your responsibility. Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage when sending your parcel back as we cannot be held responsible for any orders that do not arrive back to us. You may be able to claim compensation through your chosen return service if you have proof of postage.
Returns can only be refunded to the person who originally placed and paid for the order, and the refund can only be processed back to the same payment method. Refunds can take up to 14 days after receipt of the return.


If you would like to exchange your item, please let us know asap via info@vivre-mieux.com. Please await confirmation from our support team, once you have received confirmation you can return your item to the address below and include your order number and the item you would like to exchange for.

The postage and handling of your return is your responsibility. Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage when sending your parcel back as we cannot be held responsible for any orders that do not arrive back to us.

All postage and handling charges associated with returning the goods to BeWellness / Vivre Mieux are your responsibility.



9.  Liability.

Vivre Mieux and bewellness are subject to French law.

Vivre Mieux will not be held liable for any kind of damages, whether bodily or material that result from an improper use of the product sold. This also applies in the event of any modification in the original product.

Our Responsibility will be limited in all circumstances to the amount of money paid for the order. Vivre Mieux will not be responsible for simple errors or omissions that may occur in the shipping process.

Our terms and conditions are important for us and our customers. They are a contract between Vivre Mieux (Bewellness) and our clients. The contract compliance implies:

Buyer will honor his financial commitment.

Customer will use the products accordingly to the manufacturer instructions or user manual.

When buying a technical product; in the event of damage, only the manufacturer or authorized third party may repair the unit. Any unauthorized attempt to repair the product will result in the loss of warranty.

Our customer service department has the commitment to deal any complaint attentively and the appropriate respect. Good will is supposed to who takes the trouble to expose his situation.

In the event of claim or dispute, the customer must first contact Vivre Mieux in order to reach an amicable settlement.


10.  Privacy Policy and confidentiality. The Bewellness commitment. Newsletter and Cookies policies.

Vivre-mieux collects only the data and personal information required for an effective distance selling. The information we collect is essential for processing and delivery orders, preparing invoices and warranty contracts.

The lack of information or inaccurate data may result in the order cancellation. (law 78-17 of January 6th, 1978 about “Informatique et Libertés"). Vivre-mieux complies with all data protection regulations according to the “Commision Nationale Informatique et Libertes (CNIL)”. Any customer has the right to access, modify, rectify and delete any personal data or information concerning him (article 34 law of January 6th, 1978). This right can be executed by the customer by mail to our registered offices in 32 Avenue des Ribas Venelles (13770) – France, or via email to info@vivre-mieux.com.

Our customers may unsubscribe of any communication from la Boutique du Mieux Vivre; Vivre-mieux and Bewellness, by sending an email to info@vivre-mieux.com.

Bewellness commitment:

Guaranteeing the customer privacy is really important for us. We take the steps outlined in our policy to protect the customer information and personal data.

Our customers can access, modify or delete their personal information. Customers may request the deletion of their information from the Vivre-mieux's “customer file”.

All personal information is collected in order to ease the customer navigation through our website. By recording this information, customers will not enter the required data repeatedly.

Delivery address is required to complete an order. The delivery address is necessary to invoice the customer and to send the parcel to the right customer.

The customer’s telephone number will ease the delivery. The delivery company may contact the customer to arrange the deliver at the most suitable time. The customer’s phone number can be used by Vivre-mieux customer service agents to reach the client in the event of any incident during the delivery.

The customer’s email is required by Vivre-mieux to confirm an order. The email address may be used by our customer services department to reply any query.
The customer banking information (credit card number, expiry date) is encrypted by SSL. This information is accessible only through Scellius Banque Postale, as specified in Article 6 of our terms and conditions.



If you sign up to our newsletter, we may use your e-mail address to send you information about our products and services. At any stage you can ask us to stop using your personal data for direct marketing purposes. You can opt out of receiving any marketing communications from us by clicking on the “unsubscribe link” on the bottom of the newsletter.
