    How to germinate your seeds:

    Soaking the seeds in water (the time indicated on the package). Then use a suitable seedbed for maintaining the humidity of germination. Your seeds will be ready to eat in days. They then keep refrigerated.

    Doing sprouts:

    In regular intake, 2 spoons soup per day are sufficient.

    In revitalizing cure, in case of demineralization or vitamin deficiency, 100 gr per day are recommended.

    Sprouted seeds should be eaten raw. You can add them to your hot dishes at the last moment.

     

    Alfalfa

    Of the legume family, alfalfa (lucerne) is the queen of sprouting seeds to full nutritious character.

    Easily cultivable, it is known and appreciated for its green and sweet flavour.

    It is consume as raw sprouts, tender and crisp, 2 to 3 cm.

    This is the seed germinated ideal for beginners.

    Soaking time: 6 to 8 hours. germination time: 5-6 days.

    Ingredients: 100% seeds germinated alfalfa (Medicago sativa), from organic agriculture. Origin: France, Italy.

     

    Fenugreek

    A spicy flavour and a pleasantly strong taste to accompany salads, raw vegetables, hummus, sandwiches or vegetables. Consume raw shoots of 1 to 2 cm.

    Soaking time: 8 hours. germination time: 2-4 days.

    Ingredients: 100% sprouting seeds of fenugreek (Trigonella foenugraecum) from organic agriculture. Origin: India.

     

    Black radish

    Tangy, delicious Raw sprouts like spices in greens, salads, sandwiches, omelets, soups, or mixed into vegetable juice.

    The radish seed may be more difficult and take longer to germinate than some other seeds deemed easy.

    Soaking time: 4 to 6 hours. germination time: 4-5 days.

    Ingredients: 100% sprouting seeds of radish (Raphanus sativus var Niger), from organic agriculture. Origin: Italy.

    Alfalfa - rocket 

    A tasty, delicately spicy mixture. It will be the perfect accompaniment for the winter and spring dishes.

    Consume in shoots 2 to 3 cm in herbs on salads and vegetables.

    Soaking time: 6 to 8 hours. germination time: 5-6 days.

    Ingredients: 95% seeds germinated alfalfa (Medicago sativa), 5% seeds germinated rocket (eruca sativa), from organic agriculture. Origin: France, Italy

     

    Alfalfa - Clover - Radish 

    A unique blend high in flavour and colour.

    Consume in shoots 2 to 3 cm, nature or as an accompaniment to salads of spring, sandwiches, omelets, pancakes, fried vegetables.

    Soaking time: 6 to 8 hours. germination time: 4-6 days.

    Ingredients: 60% seeds germinated alfalfa (Medicago sativa), 20% sprouting seeds of red clover (Trifolium pratense), 20% sprouting seeds of radish (raphanus sativus), from organic agriculture. Origin: France, Italy.

     

    Alfalfa - Red Cabbage - watercress

    Consume in shoots 2 to 3 cm, nature or to accompany your winter soups, omelettes, pasta, pancakes.

    Soaking time: 6 to 8 hours. germination time: 4-6 days.

    Ingredients: 50% seeds germinated alfalfa (Medicago sativa), 25% seeds germinated cress (Lepidium sativum), 25% seeds germinated red cabbage (Brassica oleracea capitata rubra) from organic agriculture. Origin: France, Italy.

    Alfalfa - Radish - Fennel 

    Consume in shoots 2 to 3 cm, nature or to accompany your summer salads, sandwiches, omelets, gazpacho.

    Soaking time: 6 to 8 hours. germination time: 5-6 days.

    Ingredients: 75% seeds germinated alfalfa (Medicago sativa), 15% sprouting seeds of radish (raphanus sativus), 10% of fennel seeds to germinate (foeniculum vulgaris), from organic agriculture. Origin: France, Italy.

    Consume in shoots 2 to 3 cm, nature or to accompany your winter soups, omelettes, pasta, pancakes.

    Soaking time: 1 night. germination time: 5-6 days.
