Atypical plant against mosquitoes

It is a curious aquatic plant that comes from the bottom of the North Sea and which does not need water or any fertilizer.

A true marvel of nature : it quickly takes a color of a bright emerald green. 

Its luxuriant foliage is very decorative and has been a sort of degeneration that is manifested by the appearance of secretions generating odor repellent against mosquitoes (but the smell is not perceptible by humans or animals domestic).

The Neptune plant tolerates little sun but not too direct.

No need to water. Its efficiency is due to degeneration rather than development.

A plant is effective for an area of 40 m2 during six years.
