How Bio-Ceramic Heating Socks work:

Bio-ceramics are natural materials made of a combination of minerals and ceramic oxides. This mixture is fused together at a very high temperature. The result is a bio-ceramic material which is capable of reflecting infra-red heat.

Our body normally emits infra-red radiation (including long distance infra-red radiation - FIR). Bio-ceramic textiles are able to absorb this infra-red and use it to heat your body. These infra-red waves produce heat and are known for their health benefits.
